This workshop can take place anywhere participants can be seated, it is for anyone of any ability. The program is a fun ‘chair exercise’ program that stimulates the five functions of the brain. All participants will learn simple changes they can add to their everyday lives that will assist with their cognitive brain health and wellness.

Program Description:

  • Review of handshakes, introductions, and business card exchanges.
  • Business Social Situations. From conversation skills to managing passed foods, the social etiquette necessary to navigate social gatherings, receptions, ceremonies, conferences, and industry events.
  • Dining Etiquette (short and full versions). All the table manners necessary to confidently participate in business meals are covered from place settings to paying the check.
  • International Etiquette. How to discover and learn about international customs and manners to when working with a diverse community and traveling abroad.
  • Workplace Etiquette. Workplace manners for day-to-day colleague interactions are covered in-depth.
  • The 24/7 Professional. In this conclusion, each participant learns what it means to be a 24/7 professional and represent their company beyond the office walls and outside office hours.

Technology is a great tool to keep track of your family schedules and important appointments – did you know there is scientific evidence that writing things down helps with remembering things? This workshop is all about planning, how to add the Legend Planner to your life, tips for setting goals, how to get more out of your life. During the follow-up workshops we will review your monthly goals, discuss strategies to balance your work-life, and much more.

This workshop is for anyone wishing to better manage stress and improve health and wellness. Stress is a phenomenon that has proven to have a very real impact on health, well-being, and productivity. These sessions aim to open the conversation among colleagues to help improve their capacity to cope with stress and build immunity, focusing on nutrition, body movement, sleep, and personal alignment for resilience.

Program Description:

No need to plan to run a marathon, though if you do that is great! Healthy habits can start with small changes. We have all been there, we start our days with big intentions, we hit the ground running and then get sidetracked, even stressed out. It can seem overwhelming and that just adds to the stress. The good news is that making a few small changes to your day can have a major impact on your health for the better. Understanding how powerful and personal our control center is (i.e. our brains) can really help select those things that contribute to our whole health. It is not complicated, in fact it quite simple. Let’s discuss ways to maximize our potential in easy everyday ways.
