Individual 1:1 Coaching:

3, 6, 9 or 12-month program, meeting 2x a month for 6 sessions per month

Group Coaching:

Up to 20 participants
3-month program includes: initial and close-out sessions with Individual 1:1 coaching / 2x each month

Program Description:

Health and Wellness Coaching is about you-YOU are the expert.  There is no cookie-cutter plan for each of us to improve our wellness or reach our goals.  On average it takes 21-days to change a habit into a behavior.  As your coach, I will partner with you to define and clarify your wellness priorities to reach your goals.  We will work together to identify simple swaps that add to big gains.  Potential benefits: increase your health and wellness, enhance work/life balance, create wellness accountability, improve mindfulness and overall energy.

Using a wellness wheel or a wheel of health is beneficial to simply break down where you are and where you may want to focus.  Mindfully focusing on wellness in our lives builds resilience and enables us to thrive amidst life’s challenges.  Here the National Wellness Institute promotes Six Dimensions of Wellness: Emotional, Physical, Intellectual, Occupational, Spiritual, and Social. Addressing all six dimensions of wellness helps individuals understand what it means to be holistically W.E.L.L. by focusing on their Whole Person, Environment, Lifestyle, and Learning (nationalwellness.org)
